Deep Relaxation

When I was tied to a stake as a child and was waiting for my liberation, and was waiting and waiting, … At one point I started to prepare a speech which would lead to my freedom. A speech about fairness, why violence is not a solution, about winners and losers. Maybe whilst on the stake, the story about a mighty anger is starting, throwing of tomatoes in 1968 for example. What does it mean being able to think, to speak or to act and find as last resort only Shavasana – the Corpse Pose. – Deep relaxation – what could a group spawn from it.
